About Me

We've been told all our lives that "you can always get better". Believe me there is a lot I can do better.  I've been giving this a lot of thought lately and I've come up with a theory - the reason we don't do better all the time is that changing everything to be a better person, a more productive person, a healthier person, a kinder person, a smarter person - all of these things seem insurmontable to most of us.  My theory is that if we make small changes consistently we will always move towards our goals and will achieve so much more than trying to "bite it all off at once" and fail.  
This blog is here to track my incremental changes and to keep me honest in trying to move forward.  And in keeping with the spirit of this blog, I am commiting to trying this for the next 3 months, with a minimum of two changes weekly to self improve in some way.  Join me let me know if you are also trying this or critique me, I will try and answer any emails or posts.
